## From everyday work to a maker’s signature

DVIDIA proposes four classes for physical skills: Everyday (slate, routine), Skilled (voltage blue, practiced technique), Specialist (amethyst, domain expertise) and Artisan (champagne gold, taste and physical craftsmanship).

Rarity describes know-how and access needed to capture a useful demonstration. It does not make an open release exclusive. Every class matters. Class is separate from recording quality, permissions, dataset completeness and robot readiness.

Examples range from wiping a counter, tying a knot and fitting a wood joint to fine cooking, ceramics and leatherwork. Exact class assignments would need task context, evidence and reviewer reasoning. This is an editorial guide, not a live rating system or a funded reward offer.
