From a recording
to a reusable skill.

A video, a dataset, and a working policy are different artifacts. Each needs its own validation.

Record and review

Use the browser recorder to capture a video with a supported camera. Stop recording, play it back, and download the original. Video stays in this browser until you choose to download it.

Camera access requires a secure context and permission. Device and browser support varies. Keep downloaded copies of important recordings.

Save a local draft

Describe your demonstration and save a draft for review. A draft is local to this browser; saving it does not upload it or make it publicly available.

Demo footage is illustrative. A demonstration count is not evidence of robot task success.

The native pack contract

LeRobot v3 is the target for native datasets. A valid export needs frame data in Parquet, playable camera media, complete metadata, and consistent episode offsets.

Validated LeRobot export is in development. Current recording downloads are original video files, not certified training datasets.

The release gate is loading a recorded dataset with the upstream LeRobot reader and reading its actual frames. A file named “v3” or a matching folder tree is not sufficient.

CLI development

The separate CLI repository and this app’s in-tree CLI currently differ. Both are private previews. Neither is a verified general-purpose robot installer.

CLI consolidation, complete artifact transfer, and upstream dataset validation must pass before we publish an installation command.

Model hosting

The inference network is in development. There is no live DVIDIA completion endpoint or provider settlement service in this preview.

Read the inference roadmap for the first pilot’s requirements.

Open artifacts, optional services

Our direction is to make skills open and accessible. Paid workspace services and contributor revenue sharing are planned, with rates and terms to be published before charging. Check the license of each third-party artifact at its original source.
